1.Product Overview
             MNS low-voltage switchgear is a modular low-voltage power distribution system designed and manufactured based on advanced international standards. It adopts a standardized and serialized design concept, offering high flexibility and reliability. The product is constructed from high-quality cold-rolled steel plates processed with CNC technology, ensuring a robust and durable structure. All functional units are modularized, allowing flexible configuration according to user requirements.

             The cabinet features a compartmentalized design, separating the busbar zone, functional unit zone, and cable zone to enhance safety and reliability. The main busbar system uses high-strength tin-plated copper bars with low contact resistance and minimal temperature rise. Functional units can be installed in withdrawable or fixed configurations, with withdrawable units having distinct “connected,” “test,” and “disconnected” positions to ensure operational safety.

             MNS low-voltage switchgear is equipped with advanced protection devices and intelligent monitoring systems, providing multiple protection functions such as overload, short-circuit, and ground fault protection. It also supports communication interfaces for integration with upper-level systems, enabling remote monitoring and intelligent management. The product complies with international and national standards such as IEC 60439 and GB 7251 and has undergone comprehensive type tests to ensure stable operation in harsh environments.
