Product Overview:XGN2-12 Indoor Metal-enclosed Switchgear is a three-phase AC 50Hz, 12kV-rated indoor high-voltage power distribution device. Designed in compliance with GB3906 and IEC 60298 standards, it features an air-insulated, metal-enclosed structure. It is suitable for industrial and civil cable ring networks and power supply terminals (e.g., urban residential areas, subways, hospitals, compact substations). Its core function is power reception and distribution, optimized for frequent switching operations. Supports single-bus, single-bus with bypass, and double-bus configurations.

        The XGN2-12 adopts a modular compartment design. The welded enclosure (angle steel/cold-rolled steel plate) comprises four independent compartments:

        Circuit Breaker Compartment: Front-lower section; houses vacuum circuit breakers (e.g., VS1, ZN28 series) with arc-gas pressure relief vents.
        Busbar Compartment: Rear-upper section; delta-configured busbars supported by porcelain insulators (bending strength 7350 N).
        Cable Compartment: Rear-lower section; includes cable racks and voltage indicators for overhead/cable terminations.
        Relay/Control Compartment: Front-upper section; accommodates protection relays, meters, and intelligent controllers; door-integrated status indicators.

        Complies with GB3905 “Five Interlocking Protections” and enables dual-sided maintenance (front: breaker access; rear: busbar/cable access).
