Applicable Scope:The GWZC-9652 PT Paralleling Relay ensures safe voltage synchronization in 33kV/66kV systems by verifying phase, frequency and magnitude alignment. Installed in switchgear and generator panels, it prevents out-of-phase switching with adjustable thresholds and dead bus detection.

          The ​GWZC-9652 PT Synchronizing Relay​ is a specialized protection device used in ​33kV, 66kV, and higher voltage substations and power plants​ to ensure safe synchronization of voltage sources before closing circuit breakers.

          PT Synchronizing Relay performs ​voltage, phase angle, and frequency checks​ between two power sources (e.g., bus and line voltages) and prevents out-of-phase switching, dead bus energization, or improper generator synchronization. Typically installed in ​switchgear panels, bus coupler cubicles, and generator control panels.

          PT Synchronizing Relay enhances system reliability by allowing adjustable synchronization thresholds (voltage difference, phase angle, and slip frequency) to prevent equipment damage during grid interconnection or system restoration.
